Except the following circumstances: If the boat is determined to be stolen, illegally obtained, or subject to legal disputes that prevent transfer of ownership to the winning bidder. If the sale is canceled or invalidated due to reasons beyond the control of the winning bidder or us, such as technical errors, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements.
